Our customers spoke, and they expressed a need for convenience and security. We gave them both with SFMA’s simplified-but-highly-secure login process that features facial recognition and touch ID options. Streamlined self-service and no login options include one-time payments, ID cards and preference updates.

We help customers save time and money. With SFMA, they can view and access policies, start an Auto or Life quote, bundle policies and save money, or pay a bill on the go, all from one, convenient, personalized location.

Innovation on the go
SFMA integrates with the latest technology, including Apple Watch, to offer customers on-the-go options that are advantageous and, most importantly, secure. They can use the app on their mobile device to check text notifications from agents, view policy info or access ID cards.
Apple Wallet and Android Google Wallet extend SFMA’s convenience to include the ability to digitally save insurance ID cards and have them at the ready when needed. Customers can scan their Driver’s License for convenient information updates.
